My name is Pippa Calland and I am a celebrated NYC chef who studied and trained in New York City, Northern Italy and Beringer vineyards in the Napa Valley. I have relocated to the Harrisburg / Carlisle area of Pennsylvania and I would love the opportunity to cook for you, your friends, family, spouse or whomever.
Beginning in April 2006, I will be a featured instructor at the Kitchen Shoppe in Carlisle PA.
